Our Story

When we began exploring wood-burning solutions for our own homes, we found a market full of underperforming wood — wet or poorly dried, inconsistent quality, unreliable availability and the majority imported from overseas (over £7B leaves the UK economy each year in wood imports). We saw a gap between what customers expect (instant heat, low smoke, long burn, convenience) and what many suppliers deliver.

So we built something better — a wood business that engineers the full process: sourcing, harvesting, processing, drying, and delivery, with the environment, the quality of the product and customer experience front of mind. That’s how The Log Club and Freedom Logs were born.

• Grown, processed and dried in Britain — Every log is cut, kiln-dried, and packed here in the UK, supporting British forestry jobs, UK operations and support, our UK technology team, and UK engineering and logistics partners.

Every part of Log Club and our Freedom Logs brand is rooted in the UK. Our logs are harvested from British forests, processed and kiln-dried at our Cheshire site, and delivered via trusted UK logistics partners. From forestry teams to customer support and technology and engineering development, we keep jobs, expertise, and investment here at home — strengthening the UK economy and keeping our supply chain short, transparent, and resilient.
